support Posted April 4, 2018 Share Posted April 4, 2018 Hello Kevin, Sorry you're having some issues with this, and we've never actually seen this before. If you restart your browser and try again, does it fail consistently? If so, can you edit the web.config file (c:\inetpub\passwordstate\web.config) and change the CustomErrors flag to Off. 1527460Kevin Posted April 5, 2018 Author Share Posted April 5, 2018 Hello, Restarting the browser did not work, however I noticed that I forgot to add the domain in the user name so I only used my UserId, after adding the domain it worked fine.
