support Posted May 5, 2018 Share Posted May 5, 2018 Hi Guido, I've never seen this before, and the version number is pulled from the database. Is it possible you have a second install of version 7 somewhere? This would explain why the file is locked, as you have two environments with a scheduled backup at the exact same time.
