Filter Syntax

On an account discovery job, what's the appropriate syntax for host name filters and tag filters? Can you use wildcards? If so, what are they? Can you do something like *red* or blue??

Hi Guido,

 

You can put any value in here for a wildcard match, but don't include the * symbols. So you could put red or blue, but you can only have the one filter here - it cannot be comma separated with multiple values.

 

You can also use the Host Name and Tag Filter in combination, to have two filters working together.
