Providing Click Studios support with a screenshot of your Bindings and Browser

Sometimes Click Studios get support calls for our software which appears to to not be loading.  If you've run into this issue, can you provide the following information to support@clickstudios.com.au:


First screenshot:  Should be a screenshot of your entire browser when trying to access Passwordstate, even if it’s a blank screen.  Example below:




Second Screenshot: Should be a screenshot of the certificate that is assigned to your Passwordstate web site in IIS.  Can you open IIS on your web server, and send a screenshot similar to this example:
