Hi,

 

I sent you an email getting onto a week about the my license key that I just purchased. I've also left a voicemail but don't know if that is actually your company as there is no company message greeting. is your company purely forum support and if so how can I get your to look at my issue without positng sensitive details relating to the license key?

 

Ps. Your website says your support is closed no matter what day or time I look at it. Is that broken?
