Hello,

 

We have been evaluating Passwordstate and so far, it is a fine product.

 

I am curious, is there a setting to change the timeout 9or disable it completely) as to when the website logs you out and require you to log back in?

 

I could not find any posts in the forum nor in the help section.

You can change this setting on the screen Administration -> System Settings -> Miscellaneous tab. Look for Inactivity Time Out (mins), and you will need to restart your browser after making this change.

If you are being logged out before this timer, then typically Anti-Virus software on your web server can cause this, so you might need to temporarily exclude the Passwordstate folder from scanning and see if this resolves it.  If it does you'll need to remove the exclusion and contact your AV vendor for a resolution.
