All Password Report missing data

Hi all, 

 

when I try and export one of my public password lists I do get a copy of this however, it excluding all entries that have a notes section. Is there something I'm missing?

Hello Callum,

Can you tell me where you are exporting this from? Is it from the Password List itself, or from the Administration area?

If it's from the Password List itself, then I suspect someone has unticked the 'Password Export' option for some records - can you have a look at this on each record on the 'Security' tab?
