Initial password in password state

I'm creating a windows Discovery job to search for "Windows Dependency Accounts".  The question I have is there's a spot where I"m being asked "When new accounts are discovered, set the initial password in Passwordstate to be".  I want to run the discovery but I do not want to reset the account.  It seems from this verbiages that on discovery it will reset the password being discovered.  Is this so? and if so is there a way around it from resetting an account?

With this type of discovery job, it does not reset the password upon discovery - as this would be very disruptive to services. This option is for initially setting the value of the password in Passwordstate, which will obviously be incorrect until the first reset occurs.
