It may not be able to parse the entire email but even if it could put the body into the notes and use the subject as the name, it could be cleaned up later. support Posted October 1, 2018 Share Posted October 1, 2018 Hello Jarod, When new user accounts are added into Passwordstate, user's do receive a Welcome email. This Welcome email can also be customized on the screen Administration -> Email Templates, and the template is called 'New User Account'. Does this help at all?
