Do not see it listed under the services.msc snap-in either. support Posted October 2, 2018 Share Posted October 2, 2018 Hi Peter, That's very odd - do you know what could have uninstalled our Windows Service? To fix this, you are going to need to do a manual upgrade. You can follow section '5.
