Service not found

Unable to upgrade or backup due to Passwordstate Windows service not being found. Do not see it listed under the services.msc snap-in either. Everything else works as expected.

That's very odd - do you know what could have uninstalled our Windows Service?

 

To fix this, you are going to need to do a manual upgrade. You can follow section '5. Manual Upgrade Instructions' in the following document for this - https://www.clickstudios.com.au/downloads/version9/Upgrade_Instructions.pdf
