Could you confirm how the Password Reset Portal license works.  For example, if we had a user license for PasswordState of say 30 users (size of our IT team), would a Password Reset Portal module license of up to 500 users allow the rest of the company to reset their own passwords?  Is it only their own passwords that can be reset?

Thanks for your enquiry. You can think of the licensing here as being completely separate - 500 licenses will allow 500 users to reset/unlock their own domain accounts. It's a Self Service Reset Portal, where users from the rest of the company can reset their own accounts without having to call the Help Desk.
