Hello,

 

We believe we have fixed this file locking issue in IIS in a later release, but we would recommend following section '5. Manual Upgrade Instructions' in the following document, to ensure all files have been replaced https://www.clickstudios.com.au/downloads/version9/Upgrade_Instructions.pdf

 

Please also restart IIS before doing this, to release the lock on this file.
