Guest Jeff M Posted January 9, 2019 Share Posted January 9, 2019 I'm having a weird issue when I try to export passwords, I've tried running a report for an individual password list or all passwords in bulk, either way upon attempting to open the csv I get an error stating "Windows cannot complete the extraction. The destination file could not be created." I've tried using 2 different computers using both IE and Chrome with the same results. Anyone else have this issue? Im running build 8573. support Posted January 10, 2019 Share Posted January 10, 2019 Hi Jeff, As the exports are a password protected zip file, the standard unzip functionality in Windows does not support this.
