support
Hello Christopher, Depending on the backup options you've selected, Passwordstate can back up the entire Passwordstate folder (a zip file), and the database (a .bak file). It sounds like you have Passwordstate configured to backup the database as well, but possibly have not followed our instructions of what's required for this. If needed, you can look at the Backups and Upgrades section of the Security Administrators manual under the Help menu, and this will show you what's required. Or alternatively, you can exclude a database backup if you have your own methods of doing this already. Regards Click Studios
