Steve Tozer
Hello, We've added a new LDAP server for user authentication set it for authentication and default. I have connected and imported the user from AD successfully . Assigned the user Security Admin. When trying to login via this user it doesn't login as if its an incorrect user. I've tried the email address, username including domain but still no avail. Wondering if anyone has any ideas. Thanks

support
Hi All, For anyone else reading this post, we believe the issue was related to the Authentication setting for the site in IIS - Anonymouus Authentication was disabled, which is not the defaults, and this causes browsers on other Operating Systems like Macs to prompt you for authentication - because the Macs are not joined to the Active Directory Domain.
