support Posted April 4, 2019 Share Posted April 4, 2019 Hello, Are you referring to creating the Password Lists under a Folder, or a Password List - sometime customers aren't aware of the difference. The only thing which should prevent creating a Folder is that you've remove permissions to the 'Add Folder' menu on the screen Administration -> Feature Access -> Menu Access.
