Creating folders Personal passwords

One of our users wants to create folders nested beneath his Personal password folder, but he cannot create folders:

"A system setting is preventing adding new folders beneath password lists clickstudios"

 

I've looked around in the settings but I've been unable to find the setting

Are you referring to creating the Password Lists under a Folder, or a Password List - sometime customers aren't aware of the difference.

The only thing which should prevent creating a Folder is that you've remove permissions to the 'Add Folder' menu on the screen Administration -> Feature Access -> Menu Access.
