rene_p
Hypothetical question. If there is a user that has created a number of private password lists that are considered critical and said user go hit by a bus before he shared the lists is there a way for an administrator to get access and take over these lists and re-assign hem? Thanks, Rene
support
Hello, This can be done in one of two ways: 1. If you have integrated authentication with Active Directory, then possibly you can reset their AD password and log in as them 2. Or from the screen Administration -> Feature Access -> Restricted Features, there is an option here where we can help you enable an option to convert Private to Shared - this does require Management approval from you're end though. We can also flag your account on our licensing server as well, to never allow us to help you with this conversion - you just need to let us know this Regards Click Studios
