Account discover fails

Hi,

 

When we are trying to discover accounts we get this faillure on ervery remote host. I cant find an solution for this. Anyone got an idea? 

 

 

Failure: Failed to query Local Administrator Accounts on Host 'xxxx'.Error = Connecting to remote server xxxfailed with the following error message : The WinRM client received an HTTP status code of 403 from the remote WS-Management service. Thank you for your reply. It appeared to be caused by the HTTP proxy. when i ran the command netsh winhttp reset proxy the problem was solved
