Ken Parr
I recently had my first notification that the AD Synchronization process failed because another schedule was still running. As I am new to managing this environment I never knew that PasswordState was syncing every 5 minutes. I found today that for what ever reason the process was taking 4 minutes and 40 seconds but it turns out that every few times of syncing the length in time to sync was increasing. I just happened to restart the Windows Service just now. The sync now is only taking 4 seconds. I am looking to find out if anyone else has noticed that over time the sync takes longer. I have change my sync time to hourly but still would like to know if this is an issue or by design. Regards, Ken
support
Hi Ken, We believe we have fixed this in build 8729 - if you are on an earlier build, can you please try upgrading. Regards Click Studios
Ken Parr
We are currently running build 8706 and plan on updating to 8729 on Wednesday. I will monitor the issue after that time. Thank you for the feed back.
