On the Passwords Home > Screen Options > Password Columns menu, it is possible to change the default columns that appear on the dashboards of Passwords Home. I'm looking for a way to add the URL column to the default list of columns for all users, as this is not ticked by default.

 

In 'PasswordState Administration > User Account Policies > Policy > Home Page Screen Options' I can see it is possible to specify a default dashboard layout for all users who receive the policy. However I can't see anywhere to add the URL column to the dashboards by default.

 

I've attached a screenshot showing the column I'm referring to. Could somebody please let me know if it is possible to add this column for all users by default?

Hi Ryan,

Sorry, but the Screen Options are a per users setting when it comes to column visibility, and you will just need to instruct them to hide/show columns as required.
