Hello,

By default, just because you are a Security Administrator, does not mean you are given access to all Password List and Folders - your account needs to be specifically given access.

In the Administration area, you can manage permissions on the screen Password Folders and Password Lists, but only for other users - not yourself. If this is an issue, are the 'Administrators' of these other Folders and Lists able to give you access?

If this is not possible, please go to the screen Administration -> System Settings -> Password List Options tab, and change the setting 'When administering Password List permissions from within the 'Administration' area, prevent Security Administrators from granting themselves permissions to passwords - either via their own account, or security groups which they are a member of'.
