Import error

I want to import a list of accounts. So step 1 I generate a csv template.

 

I then populate the template with data.  Expiry date is NOT required, so I leave that field empty.

 

When I test the import I get

"The date value for ExpiryDate appears to be invalid." 

 

I also tried it with a date, in the date format set in admin, and any other date format I could think of, same result.

Any ideas?

We've seen this before when the columns in the csv file do not match the fields selected for the Password List, but I'm not sure if this is the case if you are using the supplied template.

 

Could you contact us via the following page https://clickstudios.com.au/support-agreement.aspx, providing a screenshot of the fields selected for the Password List, and also a sample of your csv file?
