jack Posted March 8, 2020 Share Posted March 8, 2020 Hello, From what I can see we can only register 1 Yubikey at a time. If a user loses their Yubikey does an admin have to then turn off 2FA for their account to allow access again? Maybe it's possible to register multiple Yubikeys to get around this problem, but i couldn't find any documentation to suggest that. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
support Posted March 8, 2020 Share Posted March 8, 2020 Hi Jack, As a Security Administrator, you can go to the screen Administration -> User Accounts, edit the user's account, and clear their Yubikey settings.
