Hi, 

 

My org recently started a trial of the Reset portal and noticed a deficiency. Currently there is no way for a user to be required to use more than one verification method at once.
 

Ideally we want to set up a requirement for users to at least fulfill 2 verification methods before allowing them access to reset their password.

Thanks for your request, and this was actually by design from us. Our thinking was that if you made the Reset Portal cumbersome to use i.e. multiple verification methods, then users might find this too difficult to use, and thenn just call the Help Desk to get their account reset.

We certainly understand your reasoning for this though.
