Remove Brute Force logins locks with the API

User would like the ability to remove the brute forced IP addresses using the API.

We would also like this and the ability to add IP addresses and list IPs currently on the block list. This will be very valuable in combination with our SOAR platform for threat containment and mitigation.

Checking in on this. We have to manually handle requests for this weekly and would love to be able to automate this.
