support Posted January 5, 2022 Share Posted January 5, 2022 When a user is locked out of the system due to to many incorrect password attempts, they are blocked via their IP. I understand the extra security having it locked until an administrator unlocks, but I really think there should be an option to unlock after a set period of time automatically. By default, the feature will be disabled, and you can specify the number of minutes you would like to check, to remove old records.
